MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee HR related job:
Recruitment, Selection & placement: As per budget monitor shortage or vacancy and take necessary
steps to fill up vacant position, make job advertisement in online, newspaper and contract with agent and
organize career fair at college –university – hotel to get ideal candidate. Select ideal applicant who is
matching with required job criteria, initial screening, arrange interview schedule and reports to
management. Conduct interview, select the suitable candidate, background verification for local &
foreign employee, issue offer letter for selected one. Store different kinds of data related to job vacancy,
advertisement, job applicant, reference, applicant tracking system in different way &others. Budget
Prepare (Yearly).
Orientation: Arranged orientation program for newly recruited employees, aware them about company
rules and regulation, scheme, facilities what should be the employee responsibility with formal
introducing.
Training & development : Different kinds training arranger among them some are general some are
based on training need assessment, General training are- Behavioral training, Motivational training,
Ethical training, employee management training, production and Quality management training, employee
relationship training, Training need assessment are – Based on KPI achievement find out the lack off
area and arranged training on that particular area how to improve, arrange training program to utilize the
manpower resources efficiently.
Performance appraisal: Make yearly performance appraisal system and formulate increment procedure
considering appraisal point, salary, position and others.
Compensation & benefit: Supervise different kinds of employee compensation package, employee’s
short term and long-term benefit package, provident fund service benefit, welfare fund and others sharing
with different kinds of rewarding.
All kinds of Disciplinary action: Supervise misconduct related issues an employee did in working place
which is unlawful as per country labor law & factories own rules-regulation, formulate the firing
procedure following the showcase /charge sheet letter issue, Make inquiry, prepare inquiry report, decide
the offence category and take final decision.
Grievance handling: Handle employees’ grievances in different ways, employee can reach the grievance
via phone, letter or physical present, once received the complaint, make proper inquiry, share with
management about findings and finally flash with complainer and hang it on notice board.
Prepare job description & KPI: Prepare all employees JD and give it to employee during joining time.
Set KPI for every section so that section chief can run the boat with maintaining proper route as a result
easily possible to measure the performance level and go for successful.
Worker & staff’s payroll management: Look after employee’s wages and payment system for 10,000
manpower by using ERP software.
Documentation, leave management, over time minimization: Supervise employee’s personal file
maintain, employee verification, leave management, leave policy, earn leave formulation, monitoring
over time.
Payroll: Maintaining HRIS HR Database as well as Payroll administration.
Oversee Compliance & CSR related job:
To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standard
To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory
To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.

General issues & transportation: Look after transportation for company staffs for pick and drop facility, guest, buyers and many more.
Supervise Worker lunch, canteen & dining hall: Monitor employee’s canteen, dining hall where employees take lunch and check hygienic system.
