With my position as a Team Leader, I maintain an exceedingly functional work environment while delivering exceptional customer service for Time Inc. which is an American New York-based publishing company. I have a knack of problem solving and work well independently and with little oversight.  I respond to requests and concerns from colleagues and clients in a timely manner and by providing World Class Customer Service. Becoming an Online English Teacher on your company will not be that challenging since I had already engage to different type of people with an English spoken language.
