DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Room Attendant:
Providing a warm welcome to all guests entering the hotel.
Responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.
Performed cleaning duties to maintain hotel rooms in a clean and orderly manner including common areas and the preparation of vacant rooms.
Checked all vacant rooms daily to keep fresh.
Attends guests request/guest complaints in the area assigned to her/him.

Housekeeping Order Taker:
Responsible for answering all telephone calls.

Clear all outdated reports on a monthly basis based on the hotel standard for record keeping.
Record and collect all keys and papers held within the Housekeeping Office.

Team Leader:
Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly rooms.
Assign workers duties and inspect work for conformance to standards of cleanliness.
Ensuring the required standards of cleanliness are met.
Ensure staffs are working appropriately in designated areas.
Responsible for the reporting of any equipment that is faulty and ensuring it is repaired.
Adjusts assignments or cleaning schedule of team members to ensure adequate coverage as absences or emergencies may require.
Checking the rooms for vacant clean and for ready for check in rooms.
