ADMINISTRATION/TEAM LEADER
> Serves as the Local government administrator responsible for performances of a variety of technical, analytical, advisory, liaison, and coordinating duties for the LNSC, Local government Corps Commander in accomplishing the overall functions of the local government area.
> Acts for the Corps officer(CO) in exercising the functions of the Corps officer in establishing the officer normal duties.
> Assists the Corps officer(CO) in establishing goals and objectives, and setting priorities for accomplishing overall organizational functions.
> Directs the work of all full time support personnel.
> Plans and establishes priorities; assigns, distributes, and reviews work of subordinate unit, sections and personnel.
> Reviews incoming directives, policies, and instructions, advising the Corp Officer on those affecting unit functions.
> Manages personnel, finance, and automated systems activities.
> Takes charge in all activities needed in recruiting staff.
> Supervises and maintained all staff records and ensures their completeness in all time.
> Coordinates with the Divisional commander on day to day operations and ensures that activities such as transfer, short leave and off duty are properly planned to avoid operation disruption.
> Ensures Corps Personnel needs are met.
> Ensures all staff payment of salary are fulfils in appropriate time.
