·         Analyzing Line improvements, conducts time motion studies and line balancing to determine bottleneck stations, jigs & fixtures requirements and line capacity.

Achievements:

·         Create Routing Template and standard time validation for Model Transfer

·         Work with the group of Lean Kaizen Champion and conduct study with validation that eliminates waste on the production area.

·         Drawing, sketching and designing using AutoCAD software.

·         Responsible for office and production relay-outs.

·         Conducts time and motion studies and line balancing to determine bottleneck stations.

·         Create Working Permit Document for internal and contractor activity. (Hirac, Aspect / Impact, Transfer Route, etc.)

 

Achievements:

·         Analyzed and Implement Single Process flow Line at Mass Production which helps removed work loss due to unnecessary work / prolonged work, eliminate Batching process, with the benefit of Increased in Productivity and  Capacity by maximizing production space (w / provision set up for dual line).

·         Overall Line Relay out at Mainline, which improves productivity and reduced travel time. As well as generate 1 additional line.
