Supervising Producer to Independent Producers on NTA 2, Lagos, Nigeria. Major task was to gain the confidence of independent producers .As a result of this; I went a step further by making sure that they always get value for their invested resources in the station.

Transmission Supervisor. As a transmission supervisor, I introduced for the first time, tapeless transmission on NTA 2 Channel 5 which eventually improved the technical quality of transmission.
Controller Programmes. Under a short period as controller programmes, I was able to revolutionize the content of the Station tilting towards more entertaining oriented programmes.
