Worked for Client Solution Group of IRI (Information resource Inc.) for German process where in comparative market analysis of our FMCG clients with their competitor’s products were done. On the basis of the analysis, clients made their business strategies. I have added value to CSG work by transitioning highly complex cosmetic presentations to India during my tenure in Germany, where I have also got opportunity to attend client site presentation on DIOR Cosmetics.

Later initiated the German Business Insights team where detailed Secondary research (internet search) and analysis of client’s and their competitor’s product’s performance done in order to reply client’s business question in the form of presentations. E.g “How is my new product performing in the market or how is the category performing vs. last year or should I require any kind of promotions for my products” our team also provides business insights or recommendations to grow client’s business in the market if asked
