my working experience :

Indian Navy   1975 Jul to 1984 October   :   On board various ships and establishments. Different kitchens monitoring, placing  orders, preparation of menu with consultation of chef’s, checking and accepting provisions and accounting.  staff admin works like their leave planning, duty roasters and allocation.  when posted in Naval stores clothing stores their maintenance.

Royal Air Force of Oman   1985 Jan to 1990 December   :  Sergeant In-charge of Catering for Air force.  While in charge of Catering every year November we have task of catering arrangements for the Guard of the H M ‘s birthday and national day training , timely delivering the food and snacks. which was appreciated by one and all.  Coordinating the multi country strategic exercises, its combo ration pack and all necessary items. On my suggestion Wing Commander Symond Binks initiated the computerization of catering accounts as per the scales. Tender registration and yearly contracts on basis of  lowest biding were implemented. ; VVIP parties planning seat arrangement always done from our office with consultation of station commander and catering commander.

Ministry of Defense and Aviation  Saudi Arabia 1993  to 1996  :    Officer in charge the Housing project for catering and camp on behalf of Amha catering . Very challenging duties catering to the senior Saudi officers, Engineers and construction staff . Multi race, multi lingual ( Saudi , American, British, German, Filipinos Pakistanis Bangla desi, Egyptian and Indian Staff. Allocation of accommodation and maintenance.  Every day 2 supervisors will go around with cleaning staff , any thing requires  repairs they note it down and take down the signature of the occupants will be on my desk. will place orders with contractors.  Catering is at total 4 messes and centralized order system.  preparation of monthly billing for catering plus other services rendered. OT sheets to main office.

Saud al Murashed Establishment for Trading  1996 October   to 2008:  Purchasing food items from Thailand, Pakistan and India for whole sale supplies hotes and Government establishments by tender and by direct marketing.  Intercontinental hotel and government offices were buyers of Tuna chunks, Rose Brand rice, Basmathi rice and condiments from India and Pakistan .  In 2005, my wife was serious ill, was helping them with supply sources based at Bengaluru and left for good 2008.

2009 to 2015 was looking after wife and her regular medicals as she was ill with liver sirocius.  she expired in 2015 after prolonged fight. I got daughter married and son in computer Engineer . free lance doing event management with my friends at Bangalore.
