About the process worked for: – I was responsible as a senior Team Leader at Operation dept of Airtel inbound process and I have monitored four Team Leaders and 70 CSRs as a Team.

Achievements till date:- In my most recent role as senior Team Leader, I have become seven times best Sr Team Leader and awarded the most prestigious award for Zero Attrition for several times.
