* I am Working in National Development Engineering Steel Structures Ltd. Since April 11, 2018 to till now as a Manager (Administration).
Job Responsibilities :
Manage overall factory administrative tasks complying company’s rules and regulations.
Maintain factory office stationary effectively.
Arrange training schedule, coordinating with Head office HR training Team & local management.
Supervise the Security activities to ensure smooth site security and administrative services.
Manage & facilitate all regulatory affairs for the company relating to government registration, approval, & renewal of licenses etc.
Monitor attendance, absenteeism late attendance, leave & OT issues.
Maintain liaison with various agencies as and when as required.
