Prepare Basic engineering packages for Major Capital Projects and Plant modification projects which
includes Basic scope of work, Modification Drawings, feasibility report, Technical recommendations
according to ACI, ASCE, ASME, ASTM, API, BS codes & standards and the execution of Capital
projects with EPC, EPCM contractors.
 Manage and lead the process of selecting bidders and evaluating Technical Bids to ensure the timely
award of contract and responsible for managing the development of the project execution strategy to
support Company’s objectives.
 Review and approval of Project drawings, Overall planning of the project Liaising with all the concerned
departments of the company , Monitoring Project schedule & its Progress, Budget control, material
submittal review and approval, contract management reference to variation orders for the project
contractors.

of Plant facilities by coordinating and receiving safe work permits and allocation of manpower.
 Coordination and management of the interfaces with external Operating Companies, power and water

and reliability ,Inspection, Engineering, planning for general co-ordination and support required to

 Estimating material/spares requirement, procurement from vendors, negotiating commercial and
delivery terms of suppliers, with support from procurement department,
 Ensuring safety of personnel and equipment at working places by conducting regular safety & quality

Projects Handled.
 Part of the Project management team, for the construction and commissioning of a 3 Billion Saudi riyal
Polypropylene plants, which produces 450 KMT of Propylene per year in Al-Jubail industrial city.
 Part of Major Land Development and Housing Project (300 houses) for the House owner ship
programme owned by Advanced worth SAR 400 Million.
 Executed Many critical major modification of Civil, Mechanical, and structural to a value of about 20-30
million SAR to the existing plant by preparing good basic engineering package and managing the
construction and supervision of the whole project.
 Executed a SAR 30 Million Project, EPC of new 6 “ Propylene and Ethylene pipe line construction for
6 KMS.
 Participated in 4 nos annual shutdowns and was the part of the turnaround team to plan, supervise and
complete many critical jobs within the shutdown time like installation of new Splitter reboiler , cutting
and installing new expansion bellows for 48 “ line and 62 “ line, Product compressor overhauling and
other heavy equipment
 Executed many critical Plant repair works, steel structural strengthening and repair works, modification
and replacement works and many water leak sealing works for RCC structures, underground
substations.
 Participated in planning of various turn around jobs, planning the project activities and coordinating with
the turnaround contractors
 Part of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and risk analysis team to perform the risk mitigation of
various equipment’s during shutdown.
 Managed the project of Administration building, Canteen and Mosque worth 30 million for Advanced
petrochemical company with all the necessary infrastructure construction.
