Experiences:
 Supervise, coordinate material handling, installation, commissioning and testing of Electrical
equipments such as HV, RMU, MV, LV Panels, Transformer, Generator, Motor control panels (Soft
starter, Universal Motor Controller, VFD/VSDS panels and DOL Starter), Capacitor panels, Industrial
and Commercial UPS and battery bank according to project specifications and to coordinate with
Vendor/ Manufacturer.
 Installation of Distribution boards, Sub-main distribution boards, Lighting Control Panels, Control

approved shop drawings, method statement and procedure in order to meet the contract program.
 Responsible for Troubleshooting, Servicing, Maintenance, fixing major electrical and instrument
problems such as HV, MV, LV panels, UMC controller, VFD/VSDS controller, Motor control soft starter
Altistart 48, Motorized Actuators (MOV), Control panels, Generators, Transformers, motors, Pumps,
Transmitters, Analyzers, Industrial and commercial UPS and battery bank.
 Quality control roles: Inspection for Delivered materials as followed as per approved material
submittal, QCS, ES, rather it’s included in scope of work in contract. Inspection for equipment site
installation prior to invite inspection with client as followed as per ITP, Method statement and related
work instructions and liaison with the client for the approvals. Prepare inspection register record on
daily base, scheduling inspection with client and end-user.
 Monitor the performance of all control activities and tests on electrical systems.
 Review and facilitate Daily Report process.
 Coordinate schedule and activities with Mechanical QC Engineer for continuity of the two disciplines.
 Prepare periodic maintenance and operation chart to maintain electrical and instrumentation
equipment’s.
 Perform field inspections of electrical system installations verifying that work is in place according to
drawings and specs and work meets or exceeds code requirements.
 Supervising wide range of field Electrical and Instrumentation works such as cable laying, wiring and
terminations.
 Preparation of Materials Approval, Procurements, scheduling of works and all other related documents
prior for Mobilization.
 Review/evaluation of Electrical plans for the buildings like power & lighting drawing, main feeders &
sub-feeders drawings, lightning protection and grounding drawings and others.
 Review of Project specifications, Design drawings and Vendor drawings.
 Responsible for the technical support of Instrumentation panels, Field instruments, PLC (GE- Fanuc,
VersaMax), SCADA (Ifix-Proficy), Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting equipment’s.

 Receive / action Request(s) for Information (RFIs) that apply to electrical works. RFIs requiring design
feedback direct to the Designer for response. Review responses for adequacy.
 Review Contractor’s electrical change order proposals.
 Prepare recommendations for the Design Team Leader for review.
 Assist in negotiations with contractors regarding changes in contract value or project duration.
 Review contractors’ claims related to electrical works.
 Coordinate with client and End-user for receiving Mechanical certificates after all installation as
completed.
 Identify and resolve interface and design/construction issues during the engineering, construction and
Hand-over phases of the project.
 Assist in negotiations with contractors regarding the value of claims or changes in schedules.
 Approve the Contractors’ as- built drawings and O&M manual submittals.
 Development of pre-commissioning and commissioning strategy, plan and procedures for the
project facilities all along the various stages of the project.
 Review the material status and coordinate with the material Engineer / Procurement for ensuring the
material availability and its tracking.
 Daily review of site progress to ensure that all the problems are tackled effectively and the
work progress is as per schedule.
 Support the established Risk Management process in order to ensure successful and timely completion
of the project.
 Permits coordination to close out ATPs.
 Responsible for punch clearance, close out and inviting client as well as end -user for final closeout
inspection.
 Responsible for the equipments as well as for plant final hand-over certification receives from Enduser.
