Responsibilities:
Project Analysis such as site investigation, underground utilities, surrounding building study Work permits etc.
Full Evaluation of scope of works as per tender drawings, specifications, quantity take offs, price comparison, supplier chase up, negotiations etc
Award of sub-contracts and work amendments and provision of feedbacks.
Support in finalization of contractual terms & conditions to best serve and protect Company’s interests.
Responsible to set up the construction timetable for the client and develop the construction strategy.
Co-ordination with Consultant and vendors for Preparation of equipment’s and machinery, layout drawings, site master file layouts.
Responsible to also ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements and contractual agreements.
Execution of Piling works with various dia and different length.
Knowledge in different types of piles such as:- Piles with fully cased & Piles with uncased Polymer,  Foundation Piles with Sonic Ducts, all type of Instrumentation Piles with stress & strain gauges, Execution of Piles with “O” Cell, Preliminary test piles, CFA Piles, Group piles, Single piles, Double Piles, Touch Piles, secant Piles, overhead Tower line foundation Piles, Gantry Piles, Foundation piles for Bridges and Draught, cathodic protection Piles, Piles with Permanent casing, Mini piles.
Responsibility to ensure while drilling the piles to maintain cut off levels and Toe levels as per the design and drawings.
Execution of Test Piles such as:- Compression Test, Uplift or Tension Test pile, Lateral test pile, dynamic test piles, sonic test piles, Instrumentation piles includes strain gauges etc
Execution of Rod extensometer, Earth pressure cells.
Shoring works such as :- Double pile with shotcrete panels, “H” Beam Timber logging shoring, and their monitoring for movements with control points for their stability.
Execution of Anchoring works such as:- Anchors with inclination for shoring works, Reaction anchoring system for test piles. Pipes Struts support, etc.
Dewatering system such as:- Execution of deep wells upto 50m depth, installation of deep well pumps with different capacity according to the underground water table and excavation depth, installation of Well points and connections of Vacuum pumps, knowledge of controlling impermeable layers of soil by making gravity trenches to guide the water to sum pits, discharge lines for dewatering system to the settlement tanks and their discharges, knowledge for water analysis such as chlorine, H2S etc.
Knowledge of deep excavation works by using D8’s Excavator, excavator with Jack hammer, loader with dump trucks, knowledge of excavation works with different level with wedges and slopes, knowledge of excavation and control during wet condition of soil impermeable layers & theirs water seepage.
Expert in Pile testing works such as:- Compression Piles with different loads, Uplift / Tension Piles with different loads, Lateral Test piles, Dynamic Test piles, Instrumentation Piles monitoring the frequency and temp during the construction stages, Anchor testing, pull out test, Integrity hammer test, Sonic logging test and preparation of their graphs and reports, etc.
Pile Chipping work by using Pile breaker and with compressor by using manual Jack hammers cutting up to Cut off level and pile caps finishes.
Good experience in pre-engineering steel buildings for showrooms warehouses and stores.
Analyzing, preparation of EOT Claims and Idleness/underutilization Claims and addressing the delay notices to the respective parties.
Drafting of correspondence with respect to the conditions of the project works.
Ensuring that the project is executed in compliance with respect to the project specifications and regulations.
Assisting the Project Manager in contractual matters.
Preparation of Schedules.
Preparation and evaluation of Variation Orders.
Identifying good quality subcontractors /contractors who can meet the project requirement.
Taking Off quantities. (Quantity Estimation).
Record keeping.
Documentation.
