RSPG is new flagship from Dammam wire mesh coating & wires (DWMF) which has been in business 1982. Over the years, we have expanded our product line and our facility to include various building materials flooring products.

In line with our development Reliance steel product & galvanizing factory (RSPG) is a world class, state of the art grating manufacture, fabrication & coating facilities. The Company is approved by Saudi Aramco, Sabic, SESCO and ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 Stamps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

§  Work with the OM to coordinate workload between shop, field and subcontractors based on    schedules and qualifications.

§  Prepare production schedule as per job order for all the manufacturing of products.

§  Review and Issue fabrication drawings for production.

§  Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities.

§  Working knowledge of Manufacturing grating, Fabrication, Serration, Slitting, holing, Edge conditioning, Rolling, Bending, Pythonx machine , Pressing, and Welding etc.

§  Monitoring the production to ensure the maximum output.

§  Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports of production.

§  Coordinate, discuss with clients regarding project details, schedules etc.

§  Follow up the work progress according to job orders.

§  Ensuring project deadlines are met.

§  Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work

§  Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.

§  Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report

§  Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.

§  Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

§  Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning.

§  Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.

§  Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.

§  Ensure that production goals are communicated to the shop and field. Follow up on action plans to ensure they are taking place.
