Worked as a Costumer Care Executive (Voice Process) in AEGIS, Noida from October 2011 to 2012.

Responsibilities
Attaining daily, weekly and monthly targets specified by the process.
Adhering to the schedule as prescribed by the TL.
Providing the feedback to the process manager at the end of the day.
Handling product incoming queries including complaints and feedback.
Forwarding complaints of the customer to the concern department.

Making outbound calls for recovery of pending electricity bills.
