• Grinding of Work Rolls and Backup Rolls on CNC Roll Grinding HERKULES.
• Making different profiles on rolls by CNC Grinding by given coordinates from respective mill.
• Dialing, Centering of Work Rolls and Backup Rolls.
• Making smooth roughness of Rolls by grinding according to the strip requirements.
• Root Cause Analysis of defected Rolls and suggest counter measures.
• To perform inspection of Rolls: Hardness, UT, UFD, DPT and Surface Roughness Test.
• Preventive maintenance of Rolls bearings servicing.
• Periodic Calibration of On-line Inspection measuring instruments micrometer Vernier caliper etc.
• New type of Rolls Development Design and Programming.
• Assembling and dechocking of WRs and BURs.
