d.            Plan all A/C units preventive maintained like cleaning of water drains, tray,

filters, inner units propeller fan etc.

e.             Time to time check Ampairs of compressors condition of condenser fan&

Condenser fins for any dust / rust.

f.             Layout in shop of diagram of all A/C units for location like container No

,Type(window, Split) Date of inspection next due ,Compressor or running

capacitor change etc.

g.            Maintain back up of all parts for emergency and normal use. like

Compressor, running capacitor, fan capacitor Gas cylinder R-22, charging

Ports.

(8)        FIRE FIGHTING FIRE ALARM   SYSTEM,

(FIRST SECURITY GROUP  DUBAI  )         (From June 2008  to  2009)

a.           In firefighting read building diagrams and estimated materials.

b.          To ensure proper measurements of pipes &dimensions with proper couplings.

c.           To ensure all checks for safe work, before start work on RIDGE machine.

DC batteries, and Clark motor with their proper connection from switch board.

k.           In alarming checks all wire loops as per building diagrams, also checks

serviceability of pvc pipes for cutting ,chipping , or damage from any where

during working other companies.

l.            All system loops like (Emergency  light , butterfly control valve, flow switch

,phone jacks, STR   speaker ,sounder ,smoke or heat detector)

m.         All loops from control panel to raising room and whole floor to back again

control panel.
