Operational Responsibilities (New Car Sales Dept.)
Statistical (GAC, BAIC & DFM) brands performance preparation for vehicles sold in Kuwait market.
Preparing & managing vehicle orders and follow-up with shipping entities for scheduling.
Keeping records for the new cars arrivals, there location, their specs according to GCC requirements & or any damages occurred while transferring to store.
Responsible for keeping up to date records and maintaining in system for the cars been displayed in showrooms and their current locations.
Follow up with sales consultants for their sales prospects & motivating to close the deal at earliest.
Preparing B2B as well as individuals Quotations or proposals for the Sales managers, Consultants for their clients.
Preparing manual records of sales and the status for each vehicle been reserved crippled or invoiced in case of System crash.
Responsible for getting visas for Chinese delegations, on the visits for business tour.
Preparing work shifts on monthly basis for the sales consultants and showroom staff.
Responsible for follow up with the service center with the crippled cars restoration jobs.
Following up with the marketing dept. for the customers gained from their advertising activities and assigning the sales team with those clients details for sales purpose and follow-up the sales status.
Assisting General Manager for his operational activities.
Assisting Line Managers and there sales staff in order to improve the company Sales and operations

Responsibility in Rental Department
Follow-up the rental department the number of vehicles available for rent, rented vehicles status, any penalties been issued on the vehicle and track the customer to clear the penalty.
Keeping the Up-to-date status for their useable or unusable condition of all the rental vehicles.
Keeping separate records for the cost bared on the rental vehicles on behalf of service or damage.
Engage in Extra Activities to support the company teams and mission.

Responsibility in Approved Vehicles Department
Daily record and checks for the stock taking as well as their availability of sales.
Performs checks on trade-in vehicles for their purchase cost and additional value offered
Calculating repair cost been occurred on each and arranging prices, profit margins of the vehicles.
Providing an extra mile activity to support the profitability of dept.

Responsibility in PDI Department
Keeping records daily basis which customers received the cars and there condition is excellent to hand over the vehicle.
