I joined HABIBULLAH COSTAL POWER COMPANY Ltd in 2008 as “Maintenance Engineer” due to my struggle, hard work the company promoted me as “Senior Maintenance Engineer” Being Senior Maintenance Engineer I perform PLANT SHUTDOWNS & ITS ROUTINE MAINTENANCE.

Job Duties

1- Good in “trouble shooting skills” and keen observer of Maintenance window and its Implementation.

2- Responsible for alignment of LM6000PA duel shaft gas turbine and their trouble shooting

3- Routine maintenance work as well as preventive maintenance of plant.

4- Arrangement and checking of all materials in Warehouse before Overhauling

5- Inspection of incoming & outgoing materials.

6- Preparing of daily / monthly Maintenance reports.

7- Handling safety of factory and labors

1- Maintenance of 5 X 10MW New Sulzer Diesel Engines.

2- Start-up & shutdown of 5 X 10MW New Sulzer Diesel Engines.

3- Maintenance of 250 KVA Auxiliary Black Start-up Diesel Engine.

4- Start-up & shutdown of 250KVA Auxiliary Black Start-up Diesel Engine.

5- Maintenance of Fuel Purifiers.

6- Maintenance of Pumps and Valves.

7- Refilling of lube oil in 5 X 10MW & 250KVA Auxiliary Black Start-up Diesel Engine.

PLANT EQUIPMENTS:

Reverse Osmoses (R.O) Plant Maintenance, Steam Boiler, Fir Fighting System, Auxiliary Unit Of Black Start Diesel Generator (BSD), Control Panel Operating System, Purifiers, and Valves.
