Recruitment: Handling all recruitment processes, maintaining CV data bank, job posting on social media, shorting, interview scheduling, initial interviews, and following interview protocols etc.
Responsible for selection process, Offer letter, Appointment letters, Joining documents and Orientation etc.
Training and Development: Responsible for all processes related and training and development, maintaining training data and dashboard in excel, Training need assessment and analysis
Coordination in-house and outdoor trainings and taking mom of all in-house trainings by HR Manager.
Coordination with HR Team at all sites for timely delivery of training and orientations
Performance Management: provide assistance to senior in PMS System, and maintain the record
Medical bills reimbursement: Handling all medical reimbursement process, verification of medical bills, ensuring remaining reimbursement limit, verifying summaries of medical claim
Reward & penalties: Responsible for all process of reward and penalties, collecting employee evaluation forms from departments each month and verify them
Conducting Reward Committee Meeting after finalizing reward summary report and get it approved from committee members and DGM. Arranging reward distribution ceremony after approval.
Compliant and Suggestion Box Handling: Visiting all sites for checking drop boxes on monthly bases
Discussing complaint and suggestion found from drop boxes with HR manager and forward them to concerned department, follow up for closing complaint. Maintaining log sheet for complaints and suggestions
Process basic idea form found from drop boxes and get approval for cash reward and certificate
Assets Handling: Responsible for maintaining assets record. Issuance of mobile and SIM card after HR Manager Approval, complaint handling regarding company mobile and SIM Cards.
Data Reconciliation: Data reconciliation of pay, allowances and updating in HCM-ERP where found disparity
Handling the Promotion Letters , Transfers Letters, Termination Letters, and show cause notices etc.
