·         Complete responsibility of Towers completion comprising of “2 Basement + 33/38/44 typical floors”, includes execution to required quality to get the customer satisfaction.

·         Managing day-to-day construction activity, progress and manpower for the smooth progress of the project.

About the project         : The total area covered by the roads, bridges, lakes, waterways and landscaping will be 730,000-square-metre. The project includes the construction of multi storey car parking & garages combined for 3 towers. The project includes 21 clusters with 3 towers and a car park in each cluster constructed along the edges of 4 artificial lakes.



·         Coordination with – Contractors, Consultants, adjacent tower developers/ contractors, facility management and inter-department (Infrastructure, Retail, Landscaping, lakes)

·         Responsible for handling 3 high profile contractors (1. Building works, 2. Infra Works, 3. Garages)

Project                         : DUBAI MALL HOTEL (The Address Hotel). BURJ DEVELOPMENT

About the project         : The project includes the construction of a high rise tower with 43 stories of hotel suites, service apartments, clubhouse, facade and a Crown together with a podium which accommodates facilities such as restaurants, a banquet hall, a business center, meeting rooms, a gymnasium with spa facilities and a landscaped swimming pool deck as well as a water feature, hard and soft landscaping, external works and external services. The total cost of the project being 750 million AED.



·         Personally responsible for all the construction activities in one zone of the entire project.

·         Managing day-to-day production activity, material and manpower for the smooth progress of the zone. Managing the sub-contractors and scheduling the construction activity.

·         Handling and control of piling works, Responsible for all waterproofing works and post tensioning works on site,

·         Preparing the material order, consumption, reconciliation reports, Daily reports for consultants/ Client review

·         Attending and reviewing the progress in the weekly and monthly review meetings with management for the proper sequence and to achieve the target completion dates and mile stones of the project.

About the project         : The project includes the package of Concourse 2, Terminal 3 and Car park. Costing USD 1.2 Billion, the project consists of 2,400,000 Cum of Concrete, 450,000 Tonnes of reinforcement, 8,000 Units of Precast Components, 1,500,000 Sqm of Formwork/ False work.



·         To Design and develop Sketches for formwork Erection, Detailing of Preliminary and conceptual designs into working drawing.

·         Estimation & Quantity take off’s. Rendering technical support for structural analysis and designs.

·         Check Lists – Technical Guidance to execution team, Quality control personnel towards the successful completion of the Project.
