Working as MANAGER – HR & ADMIN in National Plastic Factory (a MNC), a part of AL HOSNI GROUP OF COMPANIES, FUJAIRAH.
HR DEPARTMENT ACTIVITIES :
Ø Planning, advertising for new Recruitment as per company’s requirements by conducting interviews, segregation, shortlisting and screening & assisting the top management in finalization of Candidates.
Ø Processing the Visa for new candidates & visitors in co-ordination with PRO Dept.
Ø Welfare of the employees including Leave plans, Benefits, Assessment & Promotions Issuing termination, Increments, Transfer, Office Order and Circulars.
Ø Conducting Induction & Orientation Programme.
Ø Overall planning of employee leave schedule in co-ordination with the Management.
Ø Making arrangements for Medical, Residence Card, WC and Insurance.
Ø Maintaining employees’ personal files, arranging for Visa & Passport renewals.
Ø Monitoring daily attendance of employees, closing & review of monthly attendance of employees.
Ø Arrangement of accommodation facilities for Staff & Workers.
Ø Looking after overall Office Administration.
Ø Addressing & solving employees’ complaints regarding uniform, accommodation problems, personal problems, other issues and solving the issues on priority basis.
WELFARE ISSUES:
Ø Arrangement of Sports activities.
Ø Arrangements for events like Pooja, Sports, Birthday and Staff parties.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:
Ø Insurance renewals, notifying accidents and claiming accident insurance amount.
Ø Preparation of monthly report of employees’ work accidents & vehicle accidents and submitting the same to Management.
Ø Looking after the Telephone, Mobile, Internet, Vehicle management & IT support.
Ø Looking after Local purchases related to Admin dept.
Ø Arranging Hotel, Air tickets for Management & Staff
Ø Looking after AMC of photocopying machine & Pest control.
Ø Looking after Courier and purchase of general office items.
Ø Guest house & Accommodation management & maintenance.
Ø Timely renewal of different rental properties of the company.
Ø Administrating the security system via CCTV & Security personnel.
Ø Renewal of Freezone permissions, Road permission & Municipality permission
