I’ve been working in IT industry for 2 years. I undergo training in BPI as Remote Desktop Engineer for 3 months. We resolve users concern via phone or remote like Windows set-up, Configuration of Lotus note, Configuration of Windows 8, Cannot access system, etc and got transferred in Eastwest banking Corporation for the first 6 months i handle phone inquiry such as Giving users password, Answeing inquiry, im also responsible for printing of users name and password for new employee, doing month end report and clean up of Dormant users. After that i transferred in Change Management team as temporary Reliever for 6 months; my task is to promote source code from Development to Production using Team Foundation Server, Reviewing change request if it is good for deployment, Coordinating to Developers regarding their Change request, Attending CAB meeting with the Head of every department or Team, Doing Monthly MIS report for TFS and Change Request and my last team is Security and access adminitration my task is to resolve users concern such as Password Resetting, Reactivation of account, and giving access for Reliever. I still assist the Phone calls of needed and while doing the other task i even helped our Data analyst to do the Weekly report for the Whole IT and validating IT SQ report. Im also responsible for checking of our teams weekly performance, checking for SLA tickets.
