Boston Consulting Group August 2013 – Present Manager, Global C&B
· Support the strategy and execution of compensation (benchmarking, annual increments & bonus) and benefits (compliance, alignment with global principles, renewals) by local offices, in particular BCG’s North America and Asia Pacific Region
· Deliver strategic rewards projects as well as provide analytics input to facilitate key business decisions and processes
· Provide strategic insights on best practices and support compensation decision for new businesses (Platinion, Digital Ventures) and new office set ups (Peru, Nigeria) in BCG
