Successful completion of erection, commissioning and testing of 50 MW Diesel Generator Rental Power plant with the help of Germany and China expert Engineers and technicians 41 Units Diesel Generator of MTU Germany.

From 13th May,2018. to till date and has been working as an Electrical Engineer (Consultant) under consulting farm of Power-Energy Management and Engineering Company (PEMEC), of Bangladesh-China Power Company (Pvt) Ltd of Payra 4X660 MW Thermal Power Plant (COAL Fired), Payra, Dhankhali, Kalapara, Patuakhali, Bangladesh under North-West Power Generation Company Ltd.

Supervised, Inspected, Checked the following work’s as per RFC Drawing and signed the RFI for next activities:
Overall lighting for plant area road.
To supervise and execute of ongoing Electrical works such as lighting installation, earthing mesh installation and Electrode installation both (Horizontal and Vertical) and lightning protection system installation whole plant equipment roof to grounding mesh connection and CW pipeline Cathodic protection checked as per RFC drawing.
Lighting and Lightning protection installation checking for Employer’s and Engineer’s building, Street lighting, Administration building, Boiler House, Bunker Bay, Turbine & Generator hall, E.S.P, 132/11kV Sub-Station, Water treatment Plant area, Coal handling and coal conveyor system area and where necessary with the entire satisfaction of the management.
Transformer and Generator installing and testing.
Transmission and Distribution line system.
400kV (GIS),132kV, 33KV Sub-Station and 11KV (11kv main incoming, DW water area and CCB area), 415V Switchgear (Unit#1, Unit#2, Round coal yard, CCB, CHP, DM water & Jetty area) Installing and Commissioning (as per RFC & Manufacture Manual).
Supervision of construction of CT, PT, Relay, Circuit Breaker, LA, Power Transformer 11/.415kv Busbar, All HT and LT Cable Laying Sub-Station to sub-station into the Bus-Bars system.
Inspection and Checked segregated phase bus duct from Generator to 270MVA, (22/400KV) Step-up Transformer and from 400KV Outgoing to Gantry, Gantry to GIS and GIS to Gantry to Shunt Reactor to Gantry for outgoing to PGCB grid line.
From SST and UAT 22/11KV switchgear cabinet room NSBD Inspection and Checked witness during testing.
Inspection and checked 11KV, 415V, Switchgear Cabinet and cable laying as per RFC Drawing.
Conducted 11KV and 415V Switchgear commissioning and testing including all electrical equipment and dry type Transformer and different location where installed. After satisfaction testing and Commissioning, Energized the all Switchgear and Distribution Transformer for Auxiliary supply.
Review as build designs on electrical works related to Generator, Transformer, Switchboards, Cabling and Bus-Bar Arrangement
Prepare a working report on weekly, 15Day’s monthly basis and Submit to site construction Manager (SCM).
