• Provide written inputs to periodic as well as bi weekly reports and monthly reports and feedback from the field.
• Define the format and content of the periodic reports that the institution will provide to the PU,
• Establish a database containing information useful in assessing progress towards the implementation of the UPDP and Prioritization and Implementation Plan.
• Assist PU or any other competent authorities in preparing the format and content of the periodic
• Assist implementing agencies in ensuring that the information on progress made with respect to the proposed reforms is made available to the public;
• Support the institution and other implementing agencies in all the aspects related to the organization of applicable seminars and workshops f dissemination of information including progress reports among relevant stakeholders;

• Liaise with M&E focal points of project facilitator (UNOPS)
• Implement changes to the M&E work plan, as needed, to ensure efficiency, responsiveness, and pace;
• Lead baseline and follow on assessments;
• Supervise and mentor the M&E team;
• Design, develop and implement program M&E systems according to Counterpart’s standard methodologies and
• in support of Counterpart’s Management and Information System (MIS), including design and implementation
• of M&E systems for the training and grant components;
• Represent UNOPS at donor meetings, including presentation of M&E and assessment results
• Design and implement improvements to M&E methodologies, staffing and workplans to ensure key partners
• receive timely coaching, assessment and specialized training reflective of organizational and program
