• materials and identify areas for and ways for improvement;
• Ensure that all grant agreements include specifications for monitoring, evaluation and reporting;
• Work with the M&E team to ensure that program staff, wherever appropriate to function and skill set, are
• equipped and responsible for assisting with monitoring and evaluation.
• Organize and provide (refresher) training in M&E for program and implementing partner staff, local
• organizations and primary stakeholders, as required;
• Organize regular opportunities for identifying lessons learned and implications for program implementation;
• Undertake regular visits to the field, as/when security permits, to support the implementation of M&E and to
• identify where adaptations to approach or strategy are needed;
