Responsibilities/​

Achievement

• Receiving the orders from Sales person.
• Responsible to acknowledge the orders and inform the customer for delivery status.
• Implements customs and forwarding strategy, policies, guidelines, standards and procedures.
• Ensures all import and export documents are in compliance with the laws and regulation.
• In charge the movement of products IN and OUT of the country in accordance with corporate policies and procedure and in compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
• Prepares necessary documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Advice, TOO, BOE, BOL, COO, Legalization doc, COA, Dubai Municipality approval, etc, for the efficient, cost effective and legal execution of all import/export documents.
