Ensure Business continuity expectaions as defined by the owners (this includes ensuring business continuity in relation to absences, leaves, etc. of Service Provider workers
Ensure compliance of Service Provider workers to deployed MSP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and P&G guidelines for onsite Service Provider workers
Timely and Accurate Resolution of Level 1 issue Escalation (issue on Service Delivery, Quality of Service/Ouput, Non meeting of SLA, etc)
Ensure that training is provided to newly deployed Service Provider workers, relievers, and replacements; and transition is done by incoming/outgoing SP workers.
Work with P&G sponsor for service reviews, issue resolution and improvement plan.
Attend trainings needed for each member of his/her Team from HR/HRSS/ITDO ( Such as:
Expat loans, Expat Tax Compliance, Talent Practice//Recruitment, PH Statutory Benefits,
ITDO Automation and Methodology, and EcoTravel Testing
Ensure that 100% accuracy of task is delivered by each member of the team.
Coordinates with Company Policy and guidelines and ensure that it is being followed.
