I have worked in the eCommerce industry for a period of 2 years as a seller support associate gaining experience in launching seller on ecommerce platform, help the merchants to load file regarding inventory, creating appointments to send inventory to the fulfillment centers, troubleshoot any issue with the attributes for the item loaded on website. I always strive to bring 100% to the work I do and add value to the process, My goal as a senior seller support associate was to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with the core teams and merchants. Currently, I’m working as a senior adviser in Sears holding corporation, as a senior adviser I’m responsible to be in contact with stake holders to track issue coming up in the retail stores and guide merchants to the right way to troubleshoot issues.
