Ø  Restaurant Reservation Sales Agent  (09th  2014 – 29th  September 2015)


–       Responsible for  internal and external restaurant reservation, updated in the Restaurant reservation system

–       Correspondence, send an email to the guest, response to every guest inquiries, follow up and recofirmed for every reservation to ensure that all reservation are updated and alocated to the outlet appropriatly.

–       Send a credit card autoresation to the guest for guarantee if required, following the hotel policies and procedures.

–       Created and prepare the menus for all outles, created speacial menu for speacial occasion if required.

–       Greet and escorted the guest to the table and seat the guest, unfold the napkin and present the menus, explained which waiter or waitres will served them during their dining.

–       Prepare and updated the menus if required.

–       Prepare for buffet tags for breakfast and dinner according of the theme night.

–       Prepare the checks for the guest and closed accordingly( room account , cash or credit card) and submited to account.

–       Updated the logbook and send an email to the Food & Beverage Director.

–       Maintaining the cleaness of the menus and keep the hostess desk clean and tidy all times.

Ø  Hostess Cum Cashier (11th July 2011 – 14th September 2013)


–       Prepared restaurant menus,including created new menu, special menu  and buffet tags.

–       Handle Restaurant Reservation including correspondence answered all inquiries to the guests.

–       Responsible to all administration work for the outlets such as logbook, training calender, etc.

–       Handle all guest complaints and inquiries in courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

–       Monitoring daily requisition and stock control.

–       Assist the outlet manager to achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the outlet’s revenue.

–       In daily operational; handle and reponsible to greet the guest with smile and warm welcome and escort them the table.

–       Replace Bartender in absent of Bartender to handle all Bartender Responsible such as making the drinks, closing the Bar and request in FMC all items need for the following day.

–       Ensure that all hotel company and local rules,policies, and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

–       Responsible for Micros Cashiering Procedure.

–       Verifies cash received ensuring only genuine money been collected.

–       Verifies all credit card presented by guest before to validity of the card.

–       Balance cash and credit card charge and remittance of cash to Front Office Safe.

–       Make necessary checks needs for specific event or functions.

–       Adhere with special discount for the specially club member holder










Ø  All Day Dining Restaurant Captain ( December 13th 2010 – June 13th 2011


–       Inspiring team members to deliver excellent service at all time,

–       Responsible for daily allocations for the team.

–       Handled all guests complaints and inquiries in efficient and courteous manner, to ensure problem are resolved satisfactorily.

–       Assist the outlet manager to achieve the monthly and annual target revenue.
