PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have been working in the Industrial/Manufacturing Sector for several years in project related activities involving the implementation of many systems which are Computer, Electrical and Mechanical based. Also, the implementation of management systems, aimed at driving system reliability and overall maintenance on a scheduled basis, ensuring system longevity.
My experience in the industry also covers supervision of maintenance and production staff as it relates to maintaining continuous production line activity, speedy breakdown turn around and preventative maintenance work.
I am presently employed to Old MacDonald Farms Ltd as Plant Engineer. I also teach a Mathematics based course to tertiary level students at the Edna Manley College on a part-time basis.
In addition, I am self driven, dynamic, hard working and always looking to make a difference in anything I’m involved with.

OBJECTIVE
To continue my career with an organization that will utilize my management, supervision and technical skills to benefit mutual growth and success.

Plant Engineer May 2013 – Present

Manage factory equipment maintenance and carry out plant improvement related projects.

• Perform engineering analysis to determine the root cause of the most critical and repetitive equipment failures. Implement solutions to eliminate equipment failures.
• Manage factory preventive maintenance programs, through the implementation of MaintSmart Preventative Maintenance software program and use.
• Organize and manage maintenance work orders for planned maintenance.
• Manage the weekly preventative maintenance operations (machine service and repairs).
• Manage spare part inventory as it relates to reordering through monitoring of min / max levels on existing spare parts.
