Intern – Indian Space Research Organization ‐ Space Applications Centre, Ahmedabad, India ( ISRO – SAC ) June 2015 ‐ June 2016
▪ Designed and developed a carrier plate, a part of communicational satellite payload in accordance with quality and reliability
standards of space payloads and optimized its thickness to reduce its mass to achieve low launching expenses against thermal
loads. New & innovative design of carrier plate optimized weight by 20% with higher accurate calculations of fatigue stress.
▪ Performed Finite Element Analysis, Structural Analysis of several payloads, subsystems and its testing to ensure its safety
during launching sequence against resonance and random vibrations. Identified nature frequency of the satellite which
could lead to failure of the operation and improved design of the satellite system along with designer and thermal analysis
group.
