Responsible for in depth understanding of client Network Infrastructure (process and tools) needs.
Delivering various assigned projects in a Cisco and cisco nexus environment to provide migration and deployment services as per Technical Solution Documents and to optimize the client site refresh process.

Need to check and troubleshoot on various issues of LAN and WAN if there is any issue comes in between working hours like slowness, not working of any application etc.
Need to create change plans and per customer and business requirement.
Implement the change plans as per the scheduled time in RFC.
Need to create, delete or modify users on wireless.
Also need to perform various troubleshooting steps if user/users are facing any kind of issues in wireless environment.
Do the necessary changes on LAN side for any new request comes from client like adding ACL, VLAN, etc.
Need to coordinate with different vendors for any ongoing issue if issues lies with them like chasing for RFO with service provider.

Need to commission various network and security like checkpoint, devices in system integrated tools of BT which are specially designed for RBS.
Use of different tools like NMSL, Watch 4 net(W4N), Smarts, GSAM, IONIX(Voyence) etc at the time of commissioning devices.
Mobilize devices from BFG to NMSL so that the devices can be activated to be discovered in BT tools.
Need to check whether the devices are with current template, in case of any discrepancy need to raise CR and do the changes accordingly.
Check basic connectivity of devices along with few basics command.
Troubleshoot at several occasions if there is any network outage caused by commissioning of network devices.
Need to prepare MOM at the end of every weekly call.
