o   Custodian of all records and information in the custody of the Section/Unit and ensures that all documents are kept in order and safety;

o   Handles requests/retrieves required data/documents from file;

o   Assists in the implementation of the  Agency’s Records Management Program including compliance with relevant to laws and regulations;
