I have experience as a quality control officer /manager in a Food processing industry (BONS INDUSTRIES),my duties involved quality production from the raw materials to the finished goods. With my knowledge in GMP(good manufacturing practices) /HACCP(hazard analysis critical control point),I work as a team with the production manager and Factory workers to ensure conformity to standard ,also I served as a regulatory officer for regulatory bodies i.e SON(standard organization of Nigeria), NAFDAC (national agency for food and drugs administration and control),and also I ensured proper documentation.
