DUTIE S AN D RESPONSIBILITIES
 Preparation of project proposals, Writing and presenting project reports including site minute reports, making
sure the project is running according to schedule and budget, adapting new plans according to circumstances
and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.
 Supervising the construction work and making sure the building is built according to the plans and required
quality.
 Working closely with a team of other professionals such as civil engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers,
quantity surveyors, contractors and others.
 Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist BIM (Building Information
Modelling) & Computer Aided Design (CAD) applications such as Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
 Part in project and team management. Regular meetings with site Engineer, Contractors, Quantity Surveyor
and other that are part of this project.
