Job Description:
Flight Controller
· Responsible for on time open and close of check in counters.
· Ensures that seats of the aircraft are properly distributed and well balanced depends on the request of load controller.
· Double checking of passenger and passenger’s bag if they were checked in and tagged through to their final destination.
· Constant communication with gate agent for flight remarks.
· Relaying to baggage build up and tallying the counts of the checked in luggage.
· Next authority on flight operations after supervisor.
Check-in Agent (economy and business class) (Skyspeed,Skyport,Angelite and E-term)
· Handles check in procedures of passengers and baggage.
· Making sure none of dangerous goods are present inside the check in and carry-on luggage of a passenger.
· Providing special assistance to passengers needing one.
· Making sure the passport holder of a certain passenger belongs to him.
· Double checking of travel documents a passenger may need going to a specific country.
· Issuing of boarding pass and baggage claim stub to the passengers.
Gate Supervisor
