I have been doing 4G Network monitoring for 2years and a half in Korea Telecom Rwanda Networks (KtRn) as an LTE NOC Operator. 8 months as an Intern and 1year and 9 months as a full time employee. We used Nokia network monitoring tools such as NetAct, Cacti (for international links monitoring), Traffica (which is a strategic tool used to detect in real-time performance degradations affecting the subscribers. Traffica is more than just a traffic management tool. It actually has a role to play in managing individual end-user services). I have also knowledge in networking devices (routers, switches, etc…) setup, configurations and their security exigence.

I was an IT Officer for 1 year at GHDF (Global Humanitarian Development Foundation) after my graduation where I conducted simple network troubleshoots, weekly data back up, computer related matters support to the organisation employees, etc.

On top of that, I have administrative skills as currently I am working as an Airport Operations Officer (Duty Manager)  where I perform supervisory and administrative work, monitoring operational activities on an assigned shift at the airport. I monitor, manage and execute all airport operations during my shift.
