3. Endorses credentials of recommended applicants for Hiring to HRM Supervisor
4. Prepares Job Offer and Employment Contracts of newly hired talents
5. Endorses newly hired employees to the Learning and Development for the On-boarding Program and for enrollment on timekeeping system
6. Prepares Identification Card for newly hired talents.
7. Prepares and maintains 201 file of all employees
8. Pools manpower to have a reserved line up of qualified applicants
9. Processes employees’ requests of employment records such as Certificate of Employment
10.Assists HRM Supervisor in Manpower planning
11.Prepares Manpower requirement needed based on HRM plan for the following year or as required by the Department Head
12. Prepares Manpower Inventory Report on a monthly basis
