–          IT Assets management using (CMDB – Configuration Management Database) which also includes providing assistance to vendors/Providers regarding deliveries and replacement of defective devices and new deployments to comply with the stakeholder and client specification requirements.

–          Basic Windows Server Administration using Microsoft Remote Server Tools.

–          Installation and Mounting of Network Devices (Cisco Routers, Cisco Catalyst Switches). Back- end Patch panel/Network equipment cabling, troubleshooting, patching and wall port activation within the data center and data cabinet.

–          Network Monitoring using Cacti.

–          System Monitoring using company provided monitoring tool to ensure all systems are secure from unwanted threats and will comply and pass the key performance indicator standards.

–          Conduct information gathering, research and testing for incoming roll-outs and for new technologies to be implemented.

–          Deliver synchronization to Telco’s and pother third party providers and convey estimation on what’s the best implementation and action to be done.

–          Provide documentation and KB articles with valid references for solutions done with technical issues encountered to make sure everything will be documented according to process.
