In General:      Takes care for the condition of the Electrical and Electronics Components in Factories, Power House, Buildings and Utilities in industrial ceramic plant. Guides workers into their duties and maintain the discipline of the workers.  Troubleshooting, calibration and repairs. Report to the management.

In Particular:

1.      Organizes an electrical and electronic preventive maintenance system for check-up and exchange in order to maintain  proper functioning of all system and follow-up execution.

2.      Assigns personnel to the job site and keeps up motivation and discipline in the workshop and check the quality of the delivered work and the repair done.

3.      Receives job request from the production section and assigns personnel for repairs.

4.      Makes planning and realization of improvements, renovation and installation of new devices.

5.      Submits to the management monthly reports about the work done, irregularities and suggestions for improvements.

6.      Sets minimum and maximum level for all electronics parts, PLC cards, and electrical parts to keep a running stock for maintenance parts availability.

7.      Responsible for keeping all file copies for all electronics and electrical drawings and provide back-up copies for all PLC software programs and computer datas.

8.      Coordinates with production section to provide maximum service with minimum cost and delays.

9.      Performs and assigns personnel for the calibration of all instruments controllers and sensors such as temperature, pressure, relative humidity, AC induction motors, overload relays, timer and circuit breakers.

10.  Performs and checks defective electrical and electronics parts to improve the situation to minimize repeated failures and breakdown.

11.  Arranges training programs for junior engineers, electronic technicians and electrician.

12.  Prepares preventive maintenance of plant instruments, equipments and machines.

13.  Prepares work schedule of shifting engineers and technicians.

14.  Submits recommendations to the management regarding equipment procurements.
