storage/excess claims to be prepared, ensure stock is properly binned /tagged.

Ø racking of all promotional and non-sale items and forward the stock level  at regular intervals.

Ø Execute the daily work of cycle count team such as RF scanning, manual    counting, and location enquiry, reconciliation work for more than 20 leading Brands and a million items, in 264 thousands location.

Ø Ensure proper storage of all shipments receiving in the warehouse.

 

Warehouse Incharge :

 

·         Supervise the delivery of materials and supplies to all the desired destinations upon schedule and/or request. Make emergency deliveries as needed. Ensure accuracy of request forms.

·         Plan and direct the inventory and stock control programs. Maintain the inventory of supplies and co-ordinate the replacement and ordering of such. Complete low stock report forms.

·         Arrange stocks for distribution as per the specification of the Warehouse which could either be on item wise, color wise or size wise. Co-ordinate pallets and palletization of goods.

·         Perform cyclic stocks on quarter and annual basis. Generate stock reports on weekly and monthly basis as per the request from Inventory Department and Warehouse Manager.
