At John F. Marshall (Botswana) I was an operations documentation officer draughtsman designing custom steel laser-cut products for clients such as gates, wine holders, kitchen units and drawers. These were manufactured in the factory at John F. Marshall and shipped to the stores of the clients or their homes. I created working drawings along with the procedure for manufacturing the products. I also created training manuals to help with training new recruits on how to use the equipment and machinery within the factory.
