Responsibilities:
Supply Chain and Procurement Management:
· Performed all the procurement and Supply Chain Management functions of multi-million integrated projects (WASH) Food Security and Livelihood (FSL), Nutrition (NUT) and Mental Health and Care Practice (MHCP). Different donors such as DFID (3 Million GBP), UNICEF (21.4 Million NPR), WFP (3 Million NPR), USAID (1 Million USD), SIDA (10 million SEK), ECHO (4.38 Million Euro), servals Headquarter funding and International private donors.
· I have knowledge on preparing Annual Project Procurement plan (PPP), Monthly Supply Plan (SP) and monthly budget forecast.
· I have good experience on preparing and issuing paper based and web online-based software based documents for example Purchase Orders (PO) Goods and Services Reception Note (GSRN).
· I have knowledge in preparing procurement related official documents (for example, procurement files for framework agreements, 5 Supply National Tender files, market assessment, vendor selection, plan for log in emergency preparedness plan, contracts and update relevant monitoring tools) and follow up for respective procurement including tracking of purchase status.
Operational and Logistics Management:
· Performed supplies by checking stock to decide stock dimensions, foreseeing necessities, putting in and facilitating requests, confirming receipt, stocking things conveying supplies to work and program stations.
· Filled in as focal person for IT support in four Base Offices. (for example, office equipment’s, accessories and PCs, Internet with the support form ICT Officer of capital by finishing preventive maintenance of all electronic equipment, record keeping and monitoring equipment operations.
· Performed that all information held on the office network is as safe as possible, including the daily backing up of the system, antivirus etc.
· I have sound knowledge on driver orientation regarding safe and safety driving in different condition.
· I have sound knowledge on different contract management (for example supply contract, work contract and services contract)
· Supported Security Management on preparing incident reports.
· Supervised and trained fleet management of more than 30 Vehicles.
Partner PNGO Management:
· Providing technical guidance to five project-implementing partners (PNGOs) for managing multi-million projects procurement process, record keeping, documentation, distribution planning, fleet management and proper stock and warehouse management.
· Training of in house teams and implementing partners (PNGOs) on procurement regulations and best practices to ensure compliances.
· Updating and developing qualified vendor list and monitoring maintain record on performance of the vendor.
Reporting and Communication:
· I have sound experience on Preparing reporting for different donners like DFID, French Water, UNICEF, US AID-SABAL, ECHO, UKAID, WFP, SIDA etc.
· Reviewed and compiled reports submitted by Implementing Partners INGO (PNGO), supported PNGO team to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual logistics report.
