JOB PROFILE AND RESPONSIBILITY WITH PERTSERV, INC.
Directly reporting to the HR Head at Head Office and at site with Construction Manager
Supervises Human Resource Programs and Policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, and training.
Strictly comply with Company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
Liaise with staff, supervisors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
Preparing site report/s as needed.
Ensures effective and appropriate company policies and procedures are followed
Responsible for HR (Manpower Report, Payroll, Employee Relation), and Admin (Workers welfare administration, Incident Report, Replenishment Report, Proper Documentation) support for workers assigned on site.
