JOB DESCRIPTION:

Engage in implementing excellent customer service which involves meeting and surpassing expectations of the customers. This involves customer greetings, order preparation, introducing new products, cashiering and maintaining good rapport to the customers. Also engaged in taking special orders of design and customized cakes, cup cakes and picture cake for different occasions. Also responsible in maintaining the good ambiance of the shop in terms of displays, cleanliness, checking the quality and quantity of the products (FIFO). Also responsible in clerical duties like ordering of the stocks,closing of the cashier terminal, making the daily and monthly inventory, preparing the wastage, damage and stock returned items to the factory.

POSITION: SALES STAFF/SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Staff: Responsible in providing excellent customer service to the customers. Provides assistance to the customers and handle various duties such as operating the cash register, greeting the customer, helps customer to locate the products, checking the quality and quantity of the convenience and ready-to-eat products (FIFO), refilling stocks in the shelves and maintaining the store cleanliness.

As a Supervisor: responsible in all clerical task like checking the sales in daily basis, ordering stocks for the store, making the availability of Promo Gondola of the participating sponsors for a promo, checking deliveries in both convenience and ready-to-eat products, preparing waste, damaged and returned products, also involves in doing the monthly inventory of the store.
