Ø Tracking each and every shipment Prograde, Retro and transit shipments through DXB, DOH, KWI, BAH and AFG regions.
Ø Pre alerting bases and line haul team for each shipment.
Ø Create and/or communicate advance notices to customers on shipment movement.
Ø Inform customer in regards to flight arrival and follow up for POD for DTC shipments.
Ø Coordination with agents and airlines for a smooth transit of shipments.

Pre Alert: BUF – Morning and FRA – Evening
Ø Check pre-alert notification from BUF and FRA & send to respective destination.
Ø Before sending pre-alert, please screen all the documents & check if all documents are correct as per agent instructions.
Ø If any discrepancy immediately need to notify BUF/FRA team.
Ø Update the delivery cost as per publish quote provide by agents.
Ø Afghanistan shipment via DXB, mandatory need to apply MOD.
Ø If AF shipment coming on EK via DXB, need to send MAWB & invoice copy to EK to obtain SSD approval.
Transit Shipment to Afghanistan:-
Ø Need to issue DO through Calogi.
Ø Execute customs declaration through Dubai Trade
Ø Execute out-going MAWB.
Ø Once all documents are ready need to hand over to clearance staff to complete customs & payment process in DNATA.
Ø Once all process completed, update Capcon DWC ops for further planning.
Ø Also need to secure all DWC handling cost in FMS.
Import Shipments Follow up on Daily Basis:-
Ø Check late shipment report on daily basis.
Ø Follow up closely with respective agents for clearance & delivery.
Ø Update FMS with actual status on daily bases.
Ø Any delay from consignee on exemption letter, immediately need to notify origin team.
Line haul Cost:-
Ø Based on CBM report from Afghanistan need to update line haul charges on regular basis.
