Projects
Productivity enhancement by elimination of root causes, eradication of quality defects in chip board through detailed analyses of raw material properties and granulometry reports, the project also ensured maintaining minimum WIP (Work in process) inventory by application of JIT (Just in time) Technique.

Improve pickling process, increase productivity and diversify product range for getting surface finish in drawn wire and to increase the life of dies used in wire drawing process (minimize die change over).

Increase the production capacity from 83 units/hour to 120 units/hour and to maintain this productivity after introduction of  new R600A designs.
