DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for  stock documentation (Importation/Exportation) w/ customs approval.
• Manage inventory which includes procurement requests, replenishment and disposal, ensuring the minimum stock level and proper disposal of spares/equipment.
• Monitors stock movement and initiate order of stocks.
• Stocks handling using Ultramain system.
• Responsible for handling procedures of Aircraft spares with shelf life control.
• Monthly report for Customs Audit.
• Maintain documentation for all stock transactions.
• Responsible for Bi-annual inventory of all spares in preparation of QA, LMQC and Station Audit.
• Maintains renewal of customs bonded warehouse license.
  Provides request for spares to HKG as needed for operational requirements.
• Process requests of spares ship-out to support for other station unscheduled maintenance requirements.
• Responsible for handling of spares which requires controlled environmental condition.
• Responsible for periodic inspection of spares to ensure serviceability.
• Provides monitoring and transaction for pool items to meet customer needs.
