I am Razelle Clemeno, applying for HR Generalist position. My previous work was with Electro Group Inc. My position was HR Assistant but I worked as a junior Supervisor. During my stay in the company, I am the only HR employee. I handled all fasset of HR such as Recruitment ( from job posting, Administering and interpreting exam, interview, endorsement to managers and ceo if needed, issuance of contract, conducting orientation and on-boarding upto endorsing them to their departments and directly communicating to the agency for the contractual and on-call employees), Compensation and benefits  ( sending email to accounting for payroll purposes, and other mandatory benefits, enrollment to hmo and insurance provider, processing the benefits of employees provided by the company such as performance bonus, healthpot etc, providing and processing leave benefits etc), Employee Relations (coordinating with the company lawyers for any company issues, assisting employees with their concerns with the company/ employer vice versa, issuance of NTE and communicating with the employee re desciplinary actions and Termination, communicating with employees and/or Managers just incase there is a conflict, creating and issuance of company memos etc), Timekeeping,  Responsible for Company events and programs such as Family day, Christmas Party, Meetings, company outing, etc), Training and Development ( enrollment of employees to Trainings and Seminars, etc) and other tasks related to HR and some admin works.

I am willing to work abroad for me to gain new experience and knowledge.
